With over 10 years in the tech industry and 6 career moves, I know EXACTLY what it's like to feel that restless itch... the one telling you it's time to leave a role that no longer lights you up.
I've worked across startups, corporates, and everything in between, landing multiple six-figure roles in the process.
But trust me, it wasn't always easy.

You get 6 weeks of live weekly group coaching sessions, weekly Q&A calls, an async office hours channel where you can submit questions anytime, a 9-module self-paced curriculum, a personalised Notion workspace with templates, and 3 months of community access so you stay supported throughout your full job search — not just the 6 weeks.

Both! There's a self-paced curriculum you work through each week, but the core of the program is live — weekly group coaching sessions and Q&As with me! You're not watching pre-recorded videos alone; you're getting real-time feedback and support alongside a group of driven women.

Plan for around 4–5 hours per week — roughly 1 hour for the Monday coaching session, 1 hour for the Friday Q&A, 1 hour for the curriculum, and the rest for implementing what you've learned (updating your LinkedIn, practising interview answers, reaching out to your network). The more you put in, the faster you'll see results.

There are two live sessions each week. The group coaching call is every Monday at 12:00pm AEST and the Q&A session is every Friday at 8:00am AEST. All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours if you can't make it live.

This program isn't the right fit if you're not ready to take action - it's hands-on and requires showing up. It's also not designed for complete career beginners with no industry experience, or for those looking for fully done-for-you support. You'll need to show up and do the work and I'll give you the strategy and the cheer squad to make it happen!

Not necessarily. Some women join knowing they want to move within the next 6 months and use the program to prepare strategically. Others are ready to apply straight away. Either way works; the program meets you where you are.

Absolutely! The program is fully online and welcomes women from anywhere in the world. Check the session times above to confirm the timezone works for you, and remember all sessions are recorded if a live time doesn't suit.

Yes! You can split your investment into 3 monthly payments. The payment plan for the early bird price (available June 1–5) is 3 x $450 USD. After June 5, the payment plan moves to 3 x $550 USD. Payment plans are available at checkout.

Because of the small cohort size and the prep that goes into each participant's experience, refunds are not available after the program begins. If something comes up before the cohort starts on June 15, please get in touch and we'll work something out.

It varies — job searching is never one-size-fits-all. Past clients have landed new roles within a few weeks to a few months of completing the program, depending on their industry, seniority level, and how active their search was. That's exactly why you have 3 months of support, not just 6 weeks — so you're covered through the whole journey.
